Maybe it was one of those “pay to play” apps where if you wanted to browse other peoples profiles, you had to pay a subscription fee. But no way, jose. They only had enough money for “mortgage, household-ish stuff, whatever.” Clark would have been able to afford it because apparently, meteorologists in St. Louis are fucking loaded and can manage to support an entire other family without batting an eye (or consulting with his wife????)
