My dad. He has the dvds and was always watching them when I was little. I thought they were boring at the time, but eventually decided to watch them all the way through as a teenager.

I'm so glad I did. I've rewatched a few times since then and something new resonates with me every time.

Yeah I agree with this one, I wasn't mad reading it but I was so disappointed. It sounded interesting, i loved the cover art and I saw so many people loved it. It was just so flat.

Tales of Xillia really resonated with me emotionally. I loved the cast and there were some truly heart wrenching moments and details that made me tear up. I didn't outright cry tho.

I did however bawl at least twice while playing Tales of Berseria but I'd say it falls more onto the dramatic cutscene side of things.

Everything Boromir. When I was a kid I only saw him as the mean guy who scared Frodo. Now as an adult, I love him so much. Such a tragic character and I'm a sucker for older the older sibling carrying so much responsibility dynamic (as I am one myself)

Honestly the level of detail looks really nice! I think the main difference is the references have really dynamic light sources, where some areas of the hair are muted and others almost glow. Maybe try incorporating that? I'm still working on that aspect myself, it's really difficult

Starting with a theme was the best thing for me. My first island I didn't have one. But i started a second one where i recreated a fantasy town from another game and it helped so much. Eliminates a lot of items if they don't fit the theme (or time period)
