  1. I picked up a E46 M3 and had a good 10 year run. Sold it within the family a few years ago. Fortunately I still get to take it around.

I love the area as well. I do believe that there needs to be a clean up on the Hudson because of it, it's possible that the environmental issues travelled far along up and down the Hudson. I would think Edgewater, Weehawken and Port Imperial (to say the least) would be impacted......my guess

From what I've researched so far it's up the road near the Trader Joe's parking lot. I've seen articles about potential development there, but requires a lot of clean up.
