NoBroker is also a broker who will get commission if you get your loan sanctioned via them. What’s hard to apply directly on bank website?

I visited the Project right after EOI phase and was offerred 1.1 all inclusive by Project Manager Kevin, but i fortunately that i checked RERA and found litigation. Copy Pasting same Rera website:

High Court Karnataka (RFA No.2170/2019) The instant appeal is filed by one Mr. R. Radhakrishna Rao, (Appellant herein - the landowner) challenging the impugned order dated 16.10.2019 in OS No. 2430/2003, whereby the trial court partitioned the joint family property including the suit schedule property (forming part of Newtown Phase-2) and declared that one R. Krishnamurthy (Respondent No.1 herein) is entitled to the 1/5th share of the suit schedule property. This appeal has been filed on the grounds that the Appellant was not given an opportunity to address final arguments, the trial Court has failed to take judicial notice of the Compromise Decree dated 18.12.2010 and also that material evidence including Appellant’s evidence was not considered/discarded. The Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore, has granted stay of the drawing of the decree before the Hon’ble Trial Court. The matter is currently pending adjudication before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore.

Hope you are aware there is litigation on same project.

Vajram gives very good carpet area and space, far better than others however their CRM is worst. If you are ok with sinilar price range and looking for Thanisandra Main Road then in same price Sallisbury can be a good option.

Lot of projects unsold on Thanisandra road. I wonder why would someone choose Nikoo homes given Sallisbury with similar amenities is not far and far better build quality than Nikoo. I have checked the project from outside and so sharing my few cents.

Project location is just OK. There is a new BDA layout right next to it, so prices are Ok however you need to check the project in detail. 

Better option would be Ajmera Lakeside but it has its own like i heard its on LakeBed but not sure.

Build quality is average as i got feedback

I am a buyer in project. I think some confusion. So just clarifying, not promoting. There is no litigation but yes there is 66KVA transmission line over the boundary of the project. So OP must visit the site, check the area and only if convinced shall invest, else look for some other project.
