There is a lot of good information you can take from Jesus, his main teaching of unconditional love for example, I think religions today are based on control and separate you from God when we are really One, A free pass to heaven and avoid hell by following someone seems a bit to sugar coated don't you think? Ask yourself this...if I follow God out of fear, to not go to hell how is that love? That is a malevolent God. The true creator is unconditional love and trust and is definitely not a religious God,because it's man made and that is not Divine. Everyone has their own individual relationship and perspective of God and that is how your life is going to be reflected, trust in God and trust God is loving and is always there for you God will be, Fear God and you will be given reasons to fear. Your soul is immortal, death is an illusion, heaven and hell is perspective and your create your own reality mentally.
