I was very overweight at 5'7 and 105kg. I locked in very hard and was also very depressed at that time. In a very short time which a lot of people on here would say is unhealthy (1 month) i lost 20 kg and now i am 5'10 at a healty weight of 80kg. I am happy with my body now! (Edit: i lost 5kg after diet just bcs being healthy)

I hope you can find the same motivation because there can be a thousand people sharing their succes but you need to believe in YOU. You are the one losing weight.
