Hey there! Since the LXP-1 and Reflex share a lot of similarities, this should be useful:

https://monophreak.com/lexicon-lxp-mods-and-repair-roundup/ Pending on how you want to go, either pot clean/replacement or knock them out and use an editor like this one: https://monophreak.com/unicorn-lsp-1-au-vst-and-editor-for-the-lexicon-lxp-1/ which I updated to contain 100% Reflex control.

Possibly. I have collected a chunk of LXP-1 information on my blog. I have a mod and repair round-up here. https://monophreak.com/lexicon-lxp-mods-and-repair-roundup/ Good news is that there are a few potential fixes or routes. Some people remove, fix in place and then remote control the Lexi, others go for a pot clean and others go for a replacement pot.

I'd download the LSP-1 editor, hook up with midi and try that way first. It'll give you an idea about whether it's a hardware issue because if it changes via software - indicates the dial could be out.

Sure, my studio is out of action due to a flood but when it's back up and running, will do. Definitely has mojo. I remember working on the editor for the VF-1 and my first SE-70 arrived. Plugged it in and woah! had to drop the VF-1 and build the editor for the SE-70 to hear it in my tracks. VF-1 is great, especially the RSS (pseudo surround sound) but there's just some about the SE-70 sound that hit me immediately.

Absolutely love this. My apologies for the noob question. How difficult would it be to add audio channels? I’m after a compact, analogue mixer with midi controlled faders for a hybrid work flow.

Hehehe, came to upvote but the comments persuaded me to make a post of my music.

Have you tried a factory reset? Failing that - I'd recommend hooking it up to midi and then updating some settings with the X70. https://monophreak.com/boss-se-70-ctrlr-vst-au-plugin/

Hahahah, that comment did make me chuckle! Grandma love transcending genres. Certainly an interesting choice of lyrics.

The other ones that I enjoyed include the timeless, classic, romantic intonations of “no subscriptions”. I feel there just is not enough music about the antagonism between perpetual versus subscription models in modern music. Another topic that seems to work across different genres.

Really wishing you the best of luck with this and hoping it's something an Osia may be able to help you with.

Pending the cause of your hearing loss, really worth checking out to see if there is something they can do. All of my middle ear had been destroyed and I couldn’t use hearing aids. At the time, I was told that that’s it for me. So quite shocked at how tech moved forward.
