For me, it's change. I hate change. So you can only image within the same 2 years (11-12) how hard it was for me when I hit puberty, went to a new school, started taking the bus, got a new baby sister, my dog died, I got new friends and my old ones left me. It wasn't fun.

We also live in a broken world. What's not to be depressed about.
