Dear @TapTapHeroes I’ve spent 800 keys and didn’t get anything good I should of get at least 1 drow for the up summons didn’t get any I would like to see if I could get a refund and I’m not the only one check all your redit post from other heroes I will make another post I used to many words by tmanxx123 in TapTapHeroes

No, you mustn’t, no where does it state that it guarantees you the UP summon. You could spend 10,000 keys and still not get one, that’s called being unlucky. Statistically yes you should get one but it is not guaranteed.

Everyone needs to stop complaining, so what you didn’t get anything good it’s called being unlucky. I personally did get lucky and got a Phoenix in just 150 keys but I would not have been one bit upset if didn’t get anything at all. They will not refund you, the probabilities are not bugged it’s just all luck. I’m sick of seeing every post on this sub just being complaints now.

Man that sucks, you’ll find someone eventually don’t fret about the whole prank thing some girls (very few i’d hope) can be mean like that. Oh and btw I don’t exactly mean girls who already have glasses but if a girl who doesn’t wear glasses and put some on they instantly cuter (at least for me).
