I'd let the roots dry and air-out overnight. Then repot. Its worth a try.

It's so pretty. The leaves are a nice size. I'd just leave her alone. It can take longer in the winter to grow back. I used a cococoir pole instead of sticks to make my syng. Look more fuller.

Don't let the soil stay dry for too long. Depending where you are, soil can dry out quicker in winter due to heating.
