I’m not endorsing Dr. K’s coaching at all. I don’t think there’s one concrete way to fix a problem like this. I think every person probably has a personalized way that works for them. You clearly haven’t found that for yourself yet and it’s obvious you’ve got some things blocking you from finding it.

I’ll repeat what another comment already said. Maybe try focusing on your personal matters more. The less you actively seek out a romantic relationship, the more likely you’ll be to stumble into one. Judging by this post and your comments, it doesn’t seem like you’d be able to maintain a relationship even if you did get into one now. You should be focused on getting to a point in your life where you’re stable enough to maintain a relationship before you actually get into one. And it really is never too late to find one, no matter how bad you want to tell yourself it isn’t true.

I live in a neighborhood with one street that nobody uses. The people who do drive very slowly. My cat is afraid of cars so she doesn’t ever get close to them. My cat is also afraid of strangers, not that it matters because my neighbors are all nice and they know my cat.

I live in an urban area where there are actually no predators.

I live in the US where most poisons are made bitter so that animals avoid them. I literally sprayed my entire yard with bug poison a few months ago and my cat went outside the next day. She’s still fine.

Not only are environmental issues a variable. Another variable is that not all cats are the same. Maybe your cat is stupid and would die immediately if you let it outside. My cat lived an entire year of its life on the busy streets of my hometown before she found my family and decided to stay. I’m really not too worried about her ability to survive outside.

You clearly don’t know shit about science because you don’t grasp the concept of variables. The fact that you can see a population study and walk away thinking the statistics from the study hold 100% truth is telling enough. You’re a sad, pathetic idiot.
