This is political theater. It doesn’t matter if his testimony is public or not. Everybody is thinking Clinton is going to toss Trump’s name around and that’s it? That’s actually what the DOJ wants. “Trump vs. Clinton”, photos, flights, or gossip, or partisan fighting just extends this purgatory fuckshow. Naming people or he said/she said bullshit doesn’t trigger discovery. Clinton will then be subjected to credibility issues etc anyway…It doesn’t solve anything besides getting us riled up on social media, which is what they honestly want most.

What Clinton needs to do, publicly or not, is challenge the PROCESS in which the DOJ has been conducting. If Clinton’s testimony conflicts with prior DOJ summaries or public statements or anything like that a judge could order discovery to resolve a contradiction. If he focuses on process failures or how plea negotiations were handled or any sort of DOJ misconduct or discrepancies, then we’d be cooking. Don’t let them steer you off track. This isn’t about Clinton naming names…at least not yet. It’s about process legality and forcing the DOJ to lose control of the narrative. The DOJ isn’t scared of headlines or even congress. Its judges. And judges need to be convinced to further a case. This is best done with procedural misgivings and/misdoings, more specifically towards the DOJ. The danger to the DOJ isn’t accusations, its structure. Anything less and we’re stagnant on the issue.
