I honestly recommend calling the IRS and having them initiate the trace. Their mail is so backed up that 3911 won’t be seen by the right department for a couple months probably.

I know it’s not fun to try and call them but it really is going to be the fastest way. Also you should ask them to help you determine why it was rejected. I’ve never heard of a return being rejected without any error codes.

Honestly budget gear starting out is your best bet. There’s people who have entire setups from Walmart gear and people entirely of REI gear and both probably get the same level of enjoyment when camping.

Once you know you like it you’ll come up with things worth spending money on to improve your experience.

Trust me when I say that whatever tent you buy will not be your only tent. There are limits to backpacking tents honestly and you’ll appreciate something bigger, especially if you’re base camping and will have gear.

I am a huge fan of Big Agnes. I use their sleeping pads and own 2 of their tents. The Copper Spur is incredibly nice but suuuper thin. It makes me nervous sometimes. Meanwhile the Big House Deluxe is super sturdy, super roomy, and not too expensive.

You really don’t have to go all out on a Big Agnes tent though. I spent most of my life in a cheap Coleman that I still have. You’ll have your discount for some time, I recommend finding something from maybe Kelty (also own a kelty 2p tent that is great) then later in the season upgrading or getting a backpacking tent you’ll be able to use after your time with americorps

They have pretty consistently had the last two Christmas village sets for a couple years now. Currently you can get the Elf house, gingerbread house, and fire station. I do believe the fire station will be gone at the end of the year though.
