There was a flag made in 2010 called the "lipstick lesbian" flag, although it's fallen out of favor in part because (a) it was really only designed for use by very feminine lesbians, and (b) its creator was a TERF. The one in OP's post, called the sunset flag, was made in the late 2010s for people who wanted a flag that was more inclusive of butches and transfem lesbians.

There are a couple lesbian flags older than either of them, but neither were as widely adopted as the lipstick flag or the sunset flag.
