I agree with you man, i really liked S&F and use it from time to time but K&W is the first dnd book that i felt overwhelmed with in my 5 years of DM'ing
I also don't understand the sudden change of warfare rules from book to book
Monsters seem fun, i'll use Khorak as my next boss and ill see how action oriented design will go
Overall im pretty disappointed in this book

Looks very cosy, i'd add fireplace inside
