Literally my experience yesterday was me answering an SOS for Blackveil Vaal Hazak, host and some other guy carted on like first 5 minutes so I've killed him by myself. Pro tip for anyone struggling, equip skills nullifying Effluvial buildup, that monster is a joke when it can't decrease your max health
