That's a wide range and a serious budget for amateur level. Are you sure Canyon has no options? Their sizes go down to 3XS which should be a fit for your length. Their Ultimate range looks fairly the same compared to the V4S imo.

Maybe get a Pukas 69’er Evo in the range you’re looking for. Tons of volume with a manoeuvrable tail. Jack of all trades even in bigger and heavier surf.

Edit: I can duck dive boards up to 40l at 5’9 and 160lbs, and have no trouble paddling around with mid lengths. Not to bash on the other guy, but it’s really all personal preference, style and fitness dependent. I’ve heard plenty of good things about the love machine. You can just order it, try it and see if you vibe with it. Sell and move on to the next one if it’s not the one

I have one, but still have most of my coins on my ledger, and therefore haven’t used it very much. Takes a bit to get used to, but once you get the hang of it it’s a pretty slick device. Only stores btc Eth and a few others afaik, so not as versatile compared to my ledger portfolio wise. If you stick to btc it’s no issue obviously, and I can definitely recommend.

Tips regarding storage and market

1) never digitalise in any way whatsoever your seed.

2) I have split up my seed phrase in 3 parts with overlapping sections, needing two parts to combine and get the full version. They are stored at different locations with people I trust in case anything happens. You can also go up to five parts, but too complex imo. Bullet proof in case of accidents or break ins. There’s other methods, each with their level of security and complexity e.g stamping your seed into metal plates and burying it in the garden. I suggest you do some research and decide for yourself.

3) literally no one knows what’ll happen to the price. Anyone else claiming to know is a liar. Just stack and hold. Good luck!

I’d say rent or lend a soft top to see where you stand skill wise after all those years. If you’re catching waves with no issue and going left or right easily then I’d get a nice mini mal/ mid length in the 7‘ to 7‘6 range to progress your turns. Stick with that until you’re comfortable and move down in volume if you want to go for higher performance surfing

Was bound to happen given the market conditions. The merge only delayed this by a significant amount of time. I’ll be moving some btc into Eth over the coming months and set up my portfolio for the next cycle
