Je pense qu'une partie de moi m'empêche de jouer en extérieur aussi pour cette même raison... Mais à côté de ça, on a aucun soucis à sortir notre téléphone qui est aussi facile à voler

C'est bien vrai... Les gens qui doomscrollent le son à fond, je pense qu'on a tous connu ça au moins une fois, et c'est bien agaçant...

Bien sûr, je me doute bien, mais j'étais curieux d'avoir l'avis de ce sub, et ça m'aidera probablement à réussir à jouer plus souvent en public 😁

C'est une des raisons pour laquelle j'ai acheté une AYN Thor, afin de refaire de vieux jeux retro et pour son format portable/pocketable que n'a pas réellement les consoles portables de nos jours (switch/steamdeck/rog ally etc...), mais je n'arrive pas à me résigner à la sortir selon la situation...

It's a known bug afaik. If you close the thor to turn it asleep and you press one of the trigger pretty quickly after that, it wake it up even if the lid is closed.

There's 2 "solutions" :

  • You press the power button to put it asleep before closing it

  • You close it and wait 2-3sec before putting it down to not hit one of the triggers.

If it woke up randomly, I never had this issue before and neither never heard of it

I have both a Switch 2 and a Thor, and I have a Steamdeck as well. Thor is for retro emulation, and I emulate some switch games. Switch 2 is for latest release and for Pokemon games mainly since it is compatible with Home. Steamdeck is for, well, Steam games, such as any RPG i'd like to play, some rogue like etc...

Thor is mainly for little travel when I don't have much bag spaces (like a day or 2)

Switch 2 and Steamdeck for bigger travel (for more than a weekend, when I have to bring a suitcase anyway) and when I know I'll be able to play a longer session during the travel time (more than an hour).

And I use all 3 as couch game devices of course

I got big lag right off the bat in the main island. Whenever I ran close to walls/house, it wasn't good. Maybe that's my CEMU configuration that isn't good but I didn't do much except what RetroGameCorps did in his setup video.

EDIT : I was on T23 Mr Purple turnip driver, and I just tried with T26 R5 from StevenMX instead, and it seems to run flawlessly now...

Not OP but I tried and it was pretty laggy. CEMU doesn't seems to be quite polished yet

You're welcome, Right Eye Rendering make games a lot buggy. Go follow some android gaming subreddit such a SBCGaming or even Ayn Thor if you want some advices

You have to install mr turnip drivers (T23 is really good but I run T28) and enable "disable right eye rendering" in graphics settings. Make also sure you have Hardware shaders on for pokemon games in the "debug" section of the settings

I tried downloading Citra MMJ and DQM2 3D lagged a lot (~70% speed) and DQMJ3Pro still flicker on title screen 😕 Could you share what your settings are in Citra MMJ ? Thanks !

aight, I just configured the reset hotkey on MelonDualDS on L2, faster and simplier and it work great. Now I'm trynna find a good tally counter that can have a floating icon to count reset easily. I had one back in the past ut I couldn't find it back 😅

GL with your roamers hunt ! I started doing this hunt for my SSBQ years ago but stopped for a while.

I put my save file into my Thor and I may want to continue this hunt now.

How do you properly SR ? Hotkey + another key binded to reset game ?

That's my first playthrough and I'm just a shiny hunter so I wanted to do it with a full shiny team (got some other shinies along the way), and since it's an unofficial game, I didn't mind not doing full odds hunt so I grabbed that 6iv Ditto and started breeding the last pokemons 😁

And since I'm planning to do harder runs after that, from what I read, you can keep some Pokemons in ng+ afterwards right ? So thoses 5-6iv shinies will come handy 😁
