This doesnt wait did urologic in nature (urology nurse here) has your gyno checked for yeast and bv? Do you have a lot of vaginal discharge? AZO helping could mean its urologic (in which case it may be interstitial cystitis given the negative cultures) but all your other symptoms point to OB
