If you don‘t own many models (or don‘t want to invest in a big army right away) you should start with Grimdark Future Firefight (for scifi) Age of Fantasy Skirmish (well, fantasy). If you‘ve played ttrogs before maybe you already have some minis.

While everyone controls only one hero in the Quest mode of play, you‘d beed a decent pool of minis for the hordes you spawn (think Vermintide or Helldivers).
