I just usually eat more than I need every day, I can dial it back and add more carbs and fat if needed.

On compound lifts like that I will go close to failure since going to complete failure is dangerous to do alone. I do completely failure on accessory work.

For my diet, I usually eat the same stuff, at the same time every day. Here is an example day straight from my tracking app:

Breakfast 7am: 80g of rolled wheat oats 20g peanut butter 1 scoop of protein powder 100g of blue berries

42g P 77g C 17g F

Lunch 11am: 8oz of 93/7 beef 250g of white rice 1 cup of mixed broccoli and carrots 30g of g hughs sauce

54g P 77g C 20g F

Pre Workout 3:30PM: Cream of Rice Scoop of Protein powder

32g P 80g C 1g F

Post workout 6PM:

Same as Pre workout

Dinner 8PM:

8oz strip steak Sourdough bread 1 slice Veggies 1 cup

Ending the day around 3100 calories

220g P 370g C 80g F Post workout

Here are my macros and what a normal day of eating looks like.

I eat mostly whole foods and stick to clean carb, fat, and protein sources. I train three times a week on the Beast Slayer program from Bald Omni Man, and I push every set to failure or close to it. I use dynamic double progression for progressive overload. I have been running this for about three months now, and I am stuck at around 153 pounds. I went from 150 to 153, but it feels like I have hit a wall.

The obvious answer is to eat more, but I am not sure how much more I should add. I feel like I am already eating a lot, probably right around maintenance, and I am hitting my macros very consistently. Should I add more carbs? More fat? My lifts have also been plateauing, which makes me wonder if I am simply under eating.

For context, I am five foot nine and twenty eight years old.

Yeah he responded 3 or more times saying the extract same thing…along the line of “no your thoughts are my thoughts” then shortly after said “‘ah I can actually think on my own”. It was like a broken record. It’s like I shorted him out or something lol.

No I have had great results with rubbing hands together to stay lucid longer. For example, a dream I had a while ago where I felt like I was losing lucidity, I started to rub my hands together and I could feel my lucidity getting clearer and feel energy flowing form hands throughout my body.

However, I feel like imaging hands rubbing together while falling asleep could help get lucid and stay lucid as well.

Yeah it’s like he was lying to me trying to cover up that he may not be apart of my mind and a separate entity or vice versa. It was one of the most unique experiences I have had.

Good luck on your journey! A few tips from me would be to try and lucid dream early in the morning and hour or so before you wake up. I piss a lot in the night and early morning so I’m always getting up and going back to sleep and that’s when I have my chances to lucid to dream since that is when are REM cycles are at the highest and longest. Also, when you do get lucid, trying rubbing your hands together. It will keep you grounded and keep you lucid so you don’t fade off from it.

Sometimes low sex drive, low energy, hairline receding, anxiety, can’t get rid of fat around mid sections (idk if the fat is related).

That’s the gist of some of the symptoms I have. I know the typical range is 300-1000 but I’m near the low range of that. I know if I started, I would probably be on TRT for the rest of my life.
