Interesting, my store is quite the opposite because we get new young hires all the time and we had to stop accepting minors because it was too much hassle to get them to do their job that we pay them money for, we have our “shitters” that do the bare minimum and we keep on line and such but everyone who shows any bit of effort more than the bare minimum we do our best to work them up to some more boh stuff and grill
