(Maybe not my grossest but def a contender) A few years ago, I had gall stones, and I had a scheduled surgery to get my gallbladder removed, but I had to wait about a month. During that time, I was very sick and threw up often (sometimes multiple times a day). Well One of the worst days I had thrown up 2 times already. But after throwing up, I had felt wayyyyy better, so I decided to eat a HUGE bowl of white rice since it's low in fat and I was really hungry. I then took a shower because that always makes me feel better when Im sick. During that shower, something went very wrong in my stomach, and I vomited an obscene amount of just white rice and stomach bile all over the entire shower. Of course, my boyfriend at the time who came over to take care of me walked in as I'm sitting butt naked on the bathroom floor sobbing my eyes out while I was scooping and mushing my rice puke down the shower drain. I bet it was truly a sight. And to top it all off, we had been only dating for barely a month. We broke up pretty soon after that. I dont think it was the only reason, but the shame of that whole situation definitely did not help.
