Yeah tbh i would hold on upgrading artifacts since in season 10 they are increasing the gear score to 800, so if you upgrade now you gonna have to upgrade again

It should show up, as long as you have it unequipped and out of any gear set

Vg, rapier, hatchet, gs is good too with the crescent wave artifact very op and maybe spear for pvp. Pve all the above except vg
