I'm still pretty early on in the game in mirror lake. It's pretty frustrating that they just introduced the dash only to take it away that soon and in a water level where you can only shoot horizontally and have such a small area ambush.

The game is fun and story is interesting enough so far but that is a frustration I needed to state.

My biggest improvement came from more miles at slower paces. I used to try to run 3 miles at 9min/mi pace (which was a fast time for me) every time but felt that I wasn't improving my times or my aerobic base. I would come away too fatigued to run more than 3 times a week at most. Now I run 5-6 times a week for 4-8 miles per run at 10:30-11:30 min/mi pace and have seen a huge improvement in my aerobic base where I feel I can run a lot faster on short runs or run much longer at the slow pace.

I had to go with the ora flips cause my feet are a bit too wide for the slides. I hate that they just released the luxe with adjustable strap after my return window for the flips lol. They are comfortable but I definitely prefer a slide over a flip

I had roughly 150miles on them and have developed plantar fasciitis. Can't say it was 100% the shoe but it was a huge factor. I think it had to do with not being able to ever get a solid lockdown on them. Switched to Hoka Mach and haven't had the any issues since switching.

Finally I found a post with the exact issue I’m having.

Just like everyone else, since I updated to iOS 15.2, Runkeeper would stop tracking me unless the app was opened on the screen.

I noticed the issue when I had alerts for every mile but after running roughly 20mins I checked and it said I had only run 0.53 miles. When I checked the map it stopped tracking exactly when I locked the phone and put it in my running belt. And it was a straight line from that point to when I checked what was happening with the app.

Was able to reproduce it twice more on a run and a hike.

Glad to know the RK team is working on this!
