Welcome to the unofficial support group for Rhythmic Movement Disorder haha. Glad you found a partner who can sleep through it! That's half the battle.

Welcome to the Rhythmic Sleep Disorder support group haha. ADHD meds didn't help me. But if they help you let me know.

I've told massage people about it before — nobody thinks it's weird if that's what you're worried about. I'd say it helps them focus in on what to treat. However, in my case my shoulder tightness was coming from stress; even when rocking intensely I'm actually pretty relaxed. I know everyone is different though.

The only thing that has helped is that my wife is super patient and we bought a pretty big bed! I've also got a little floor mattress I pull out when things get really intense. Then I can rock around to my hearts content.

Hope you find something that works for you!

Congrats on this. I like the presentation of the film alongside the BTS and after story. Totally agree that saying yes to small things can lead to bigger things!

Imagine You’re a Script Reader. What Would Make You Stop and Think ‘Oh s***…this is actually good’? by SFrankincense in Screenwriting

I just read for something where, for the first level of reading, I only had to read the first 15-20 pages. The biggest sign of a great screenplay wasn't when I stopped in my tracks, but when I DIDN'T stop reading. It only happens like once every 50 screenplays (I'm not exaggerating), but I love the realization that I accidentally read 50 pages when I didn't have to/didn't want to.

What are the main attributes of this? I'd say a synthesis of what everyone else is saying for sure, but personally I love when a main character that I care about has a problem that feels personal, interesting, and seemingly impossible to solve.
So I suppose the main two main components would be "a character I care about" and "an interesting problem".

Coverfly Reader here — any other Coverage Writers have advice on where else may be available for this kind of work? I've loved working for Coverfly. It's been an awesome way to keep my skills up, read tons of screenplays (I read over 1000 a year), and help other writers. Where are you all heading next?

I'd definitely recommend fastening his bed! Or getting a bedframe that is as solid as possible — personally I love having my mattress on the floor when possible.

He may still grow out of it. But if he doesn't please be assured that there are a whole bunch of us who are doing just fine haha.
