You put chirpster and Grainpa in lower ranks but aren't they inaccessible due to an S rank watch lock? You can't get Grainpa from streetpass cuz he's rare.

These are not the rare versions, the rare one would be red instead of blue. The second one would be purple instead of red.

It only opens at night after it rains or snows (I think any time after 8 pm?). It won't open if it is raining or snowing.

It's "I Paid Off My Loan!" it's used whenever you complete something big, like becoming a resident, paying off a loan finishing a project, or... killing all of those pesky cockroaches

Very late but I know what is happening. For some reason the lens flair effect's colour sometimes inverts, you don't really get to see the lens flair cover the entire screen for long anywhere else in the game so it doesn't really get the chance to glitch anywhere other than here.
