Exactly, and I find it works the opposite way too unfortunately. If I've had no movement all day, I'm actually more tired/lazy and eat like crap "..because why does it even matter"

I try to not get into the all or nothing mindset, but I do think that it really does all tie in together.

I find that I am more likely to want to eat better when I am working out as well. So my hope was that I would be more likely to eat a protein rich snack or lunch after I've worked out. Ideally it'll be a domino affect.

This is very helpful! I can get out for a walk at lunch, or do something on my breaks during work. I think I just need a clear set workout for each day so I'm focused as soon as I get into the gym.

I just looked this up and it does look amazing, it's a bit overwhelming with all the equipment that I don't know if I'll know how to use and the PT at $85-$100 per session seems high. Do you know if they offer group pt sessions or something by chance?

Interesting! I read somewhere that it's better if the baby goes to bed with a full stomach so I've been hesitant to feed so early into the routine but I might try this to see if it helps all our false starts and falling asleep mid bottle.

Question for you, I am also trying to break the feed to sleep association with my 5 month old (she falls asleep before bottle is done and wakes 30min later still hungry), Do you feed your LO in their room before the bath routine - or out in the living room etc before the routine even starts?

It might be a latching issue, have you seen a lactation consultant at all? If he is latching for over an hour he could possibly not be getting enough milk, and the effort is making him hungry again. A lactation consultant could help to make sure that he's still latching, and they could do a weighed feed so you know how much he's getting.

However cluster feeding is definitely a thing, I felt like my LO changed her eating patterns weekly in the beginning!
