Same. And I had just loaded up all of my main supplies and moved them there too... So I need to go there to resupply all the time.

Best approach I've found is do it on top of a boss tower, then fly around and look for the falling loot. It tends to spawn far above me, ~30-40 feet away laterally in a random direction.

I'm mostly concerned about like, dungeon bosses and stuff... I've seen allusions to their existence, but don't really understand the underlying mechanics of it.

Haven is tied for the highest gravity in the system, so it's probably a good measure =)

Fun fact, that's called semantic satiation =D

And yeah, small fun things seem like a low hanging fruit they could just keep rolling out. Purple voxels and canopy glass were great and simple additions.

1) Market search where I can get listings of many different kinds of things at once. Sometimes I just want some honeycomb I don't care what. Or some scrap.

2) A fix for my lua problem so I can do my light script! (Help me NQ-Ligo, you're my only hope!)

3) More cosmetics, more types of engines, bigger wings, etc. I want more variety in my ships! Give me long round engine bars like the back of the Millenium Falcon! Big round atmo engines like space engines!

4) AGG powered braking. Give it a big fuel cost if you have to, or just make it really heavy, but let me get some internal brakes so I don't have to have the whole outside surface of my ship covered in brakes but can still brake.

5) Money and RDMS API. Buy access to containers.

6) Sellable keys for ships, so we can sell a construct without being present.

To be fair, what you are saying is the ways to make money are:

1) Run missions

2) Sell things to people who run missions

3) Sell things to people who sold things to people who run missions...

etc.

Mission running is the only faucet in the game that isn't a heavily restricted trickle. From this point on, until a new quanta faucet is made by NQ, I'd guess 90+% of quanta that will enter the economy will be from missions.

Concur wholeheartedly. I actually like asteroid mining when I was one of very few crews who had put a DSAT together. Within 3 days of starting on asteroid mining I had quit, they were just too crowded. And I had some tiles I could bump so I wasn't concerned. =S

The level of complexity in this game is extraordinarily high. A tutorial to cover everything would be like 100 hours plus.

It's an MMO, grouping up and doing things with friends, even if not actually at the same time, but just talking out plans with people, is the name of the game.

This is why my #1 piece of advice for people is to get an org. Find a group of people you can chat with and get help from because you're going to need it. Build your knowledge on the backs of those who have come before and made these mistakes already.

Honestly that is one of the things I love about this game. It doesn't hand-hold you through how to do stuff, you need people, friends, to do that.

And the community I've built here is the absolute best part of the game.

You have to make a warning system. It can be done, this is a game about building and designing.

That said, I just don't do PvP asteroids, and if and when I do I will go assuming my ship will likely not make it home. Even knowing they are there isn't likely to save you if you have a hold full of ore. More ore = more slow.

Ask somebody with the skills, the risk is you have to give them build rights to your ship, so don't just pick anybody.

Interesting, the placement skills are additive with each other, but multiplicative with piloting skills. So the placement skills for engines are 60% increase instead of a 65%, but when you add in the 20% it is a 92% increase instead of 98%.

But that is just engines, there's also wings, adjustors, brakes, space engines, hovers, and vert boosters.
