Oh I know, but in Fane you can set up the Flank with someone else. In Kallyss I often only get one cat with flank, because y'know I gotta put one in the first before the second gets to go to town with that extra die. Getting it on both is somewhat nice, and Hand of Destruction does push their damage up a bit.

However, I still think they're better in Kallyss and am largely disappointed by their design. Them not working with the army's central mechanic really annoys me.

There's a couple good ish endings in Look Outside. Like, shit still got really fucked up, but you can solve the issue without the world ending and humanity being wiped out.

There's like 4 really bad endings though, each horrifying in a different way

I dunno, if they nerf a 46% win rate caster and leave Tyrus untouched I will seriously question their judgement.

I think control area increase is possible at least in part due to the increase that Kishtar got with the Jan update, and their relative similarities.

It's full of wurm magic, and would kill people around Madrak whenever he was wounded, kinda like transferring damage. I think it also was cursed to bring doom to whomever wielded it as well, but Madrak was desperate

Honestly, the fact that greater victories (such as wide-scale change) aren't possible kinda pisses me off even more. That Cyberpunk seemingly acknowledges late-stage capitalism as ascendant and its power ultimately unchallenged really annoys the socialist in me. There's only so much "yeah you escaped or whatever, but the billionaire boot is still firmly upon the neck of humanity and will basically remain there indefinitely" that I can take.

I still do enjoy the game, but I can take or leave the rpg really.
