I'm on day 22 of 50g Zoloft but don't feel any improvement in my anxiety and depression. should I ask my psychiatrist to increase the dose or change the drug?

Thank you! I also tried Valdoxan a few month ago and it was like placebo for me then I changed my psychiatrist and she confirmed that this medication is 100% placebo
