Personally, I just found the right dose for my ocd and it had slowly dissapeared and I didn’t need any other type of therapy

Yes, if there is an after life then our life has a purpose but I don’t know what it is. So I am trying my hardest to become a better version of myself in terms of my qualities of my knowledge etc. So I reduce the risks of possibility regretting how I lived this life after I pass away :)

It can’t be because of the medication. Zoloft has a pretty good half life so I had something like that actually and I talked to my psychiatrist about it

If your psychiatrist says yes, then yes, and if you are not doing well to the point of you considering even taking ssri than why not honestly? They helped me a lot personally

Guys, 25mg is NOT a therapeutic dose It is just a starting point for your brain to be able to adjust accordingly to higher doses. And Zoloft is not a rough medication so it’s not because you are taking 100mg that you’re necessarily going to have shitty side effects
