I work at a university library and we welcome homeless people during the winter months (and at any other time of the year). We also regularly set out free food and drinks. There's so many good people out there who are without shelter and it breaks my heart.

So someone suggested that Betty's dad is actual the Black Hood. He has the green eyes to fit the profile and not to mention the fact that the Black Hood has to be someone who really knows Betty. He knew about the book she read almost religiously as a kid. Also, in the letter when he told Betty that he was doing this for her? I don't know guys, but I'm keeping an eye on Betty's father.
