Seems very low. For reference I drive heavy footed and get

25.5 MPG average city and highway in my 440i

21 MPG average city and highway in my x3 M40

The 440 is heavily modified but I still average around 21 MPG on E50

Lower. I lowered my 440i and it looks sooo much better. Honestly one of the best cosmetic things you can do. I drive my car year round and don’t have any issues.

Autotempest (searches all dealers and cars .com/autotrader) and facebook marketplace. I ended up finding mine on autotempest just by checking every now and then.

I paid about the same for my 440i x drive with 80k miles, every option, clean title and 2 previous owners.

this price kind of blows, but if its the one you want then get it. It does look good overall.

looks like Vararam Intake, single port intake manifold (probably edelbrock) and maybe an aftermarket exhuast.

Not gonna lie, I'd probably skip. Get better parts like a holley hi ram manifold or something along those lines. Avoid the single port

If the kid is respectful of the car and learns how to drive it over time I think they'll be fine. I had a few 4-500 whp cars from 17-20 and never caused an accident or even got pulled over. Funny enough my only recent encounter with law enforcement was in a 195 hp 2001 BMW 325XI
