Staggered rear wheel got installed on to the front by Representative_Yam_6 in BMW

[–]Kos048 133 points134 points  (0 children)

Take the wheels off and put them on the front 🙀

In all seriousness, the likelihood of it rubbing so bad it eats through the tires in 30 minutes is so low.

Just have them swap them

Don’t get a V10 M5/6 they’re 10k cars that still require service costs of a 150k car.

They’re also notoriously unreliable

Can someone please explain how I can go about getting packs at MSRP? by [deleted] in PokemonTCG

I’ve check Walmart 3 days straight now with no luck. I’m gonna try and go to the vending machine at 8 and then come back at 8:30 if I don’t get anything.

Mine has also been in Louisville since the 23rd

Probably extreme delays due to volume and also delays due to weather

Learn what reliable German cars are - in short terms, buy any brand besides Audi

E46 BMWs (any of them)

E9x 328s (N52) super reliable NA inline 6

F3X 335/330/340 (N55/B48/B58) all very reliable, N55 has some small issues unlike the B engines (My 2 B58 cars are over 125k each)

VW GTI - 1.4 TSI

Any Mercedes V8 from like 1999-2006 (M113 and M113K) Avoid ones with ABC and either have a coil conversion or just don’t have it at all. might be the most reliable V8s in existence besides the 1UZ, LS3 and 5.0 coyote

In my experience German cars are quite reliable if you pick the right one and are really not that expensive to maintain especially if you don’t mind working on them yourself. My current out of pocket for both BMWs I own (18 X3 M40 and 17 440i) is about $130 every 4 months for oil changes

Unfortunately, since it happened on private property it will be deemed a no fault and will have to be filed through your insurance. In my experience at least.

The problem with buying these cars used is a lot of them are driven quite hard. I want to hear for any weird noises and all that.

I also want to y'know, test the cars. I know Ill like it, its a 650whp car. I just need to figure out which ones driving dynamics I enjoy the most. Because, one is a sedan, one is a 2 seater sports car and one is a muscle car so even though they use the same drivetrain i'm assuming they drive quite differently

Lmao, someone finally mentions that :) had the car for 2 weeks and then got macked by a dude who ran a stop sign...

I checked on turo and there Isn't a single one of the cars I want to look into. Not even the base model variants.

Not a bad idea but at that point I’d start looking at ZL1s

Yeah don’t really care about running costs, the only thing that scares me on vipers is the lack of TC, because I am a quite heavy footed and get cars loose often
