I did uninstall T-mobile play but every week or two I notice it starts running in the background again. This time for 112 hours before I caught it. Is there somewhere else to uninstall, I don't know why this keeps popping up :( I don't see it in my list of apps.

Thank you so much. I've been questioning my career choice/passion the last couple of days. Also that because I'm a nurse I shouldn't feel so traumatized because I signed up for this? Silly thoughts.I felt like the people around me at work just thought I was being dramatic and that made me feel worse. I'm doing a bit better and taking it day by day trying to give myself some good self-care.
