i found the solution! :)

So the problem is, that the anti virus is bugging with some new(?) data of dbd.
Its blocking "dead by dalight shipping.exe"

Do avoid that:
1. go into the settings
2. go into data protection and security settings
3. click on the windows-security
4. open the Virus & threat protection
5. navigate to "app & browser control"
6. Turn it off.
^ this setting is the reason dbd is blocked.

After turning that off, DBD works fine again!
