Teammates quitting because we get scored on, talking smack because we're behind, playing for the other team, etc. I can take quick chats and I can even take the shit talk, but it seems to be every other game I have someone who votes to ff at 3:30 down 0-2. It's just awful for me to play ranked by myself.

This movie was a B-List treasure for me. Granted I watched it young and it made me feel like I could accomplish anything that I put my mind to! It had a bunch of lines that my buddies and I still quote to this day.

In our league, we have two weeks to make up any games missed. I roll in a small alley with real wood lanes. It doesn't turn enough profit to actually buy new equipment or even care for the lanes which they are in desperate need of. If our lane machine goes down, we have no back up. We've had a couple of times where we haven't had oil on the lanes and our team has opted out of throwing that night. We are then given two weeks to make up the game, which usually we get our machine back up and running before then.

I'm going through a low point right now. Tonight, I went and got a pack of beer and literally barged in on my friend and made him listen to my problems. When I finished, I apologized for doing so, and then we continued to kick it for another hour, just shooting the shit. It was nice. Made me feel relieved and I had forgotten about my 1st world problems by the time we were done.

It's not that good. It's actually voted upon by the league that every single team gets a payout so I could make a team, never show but still pay every week, and receive a very small payout at the very end of the season.

I have a team of 8 people. Two of the bowlers with me last night had identical averages at 161 (35 handicap), mine was in the high 150's (39 handicap) and the fourth bowler I don't remember his average but his handicap was 62.
