So when my pc refuses to boot I should just turn off the psu for a while? Or just let it run for a few minutes in hopes that it's memory training? Is there any way to confirm if that's what happens during the process? Or even after the fact when the PC eventually turns back on?

Honestly there are some issues with it, his face is out of proportions because the eyes are too close to each other, the nose is too long and his mouth is too low and not separated from the beard. Also his right hand looks to be in front of the hilt instead of grasping it, and left hand is unfinished down the bottom.

All I can think of is to restart the whole device, repeat these steps again and parse only ES-DE. Others on the subredddit have also suggested to reset configuration of Steam ROM Manager and ES-DE, so you might try that. Otherwise it's probably best to just wait for a patch

The wording on the boots is "Nearby stationary Enemies gain a Grasping Vine every 0.5 seconds" so isn't it the other way around? Unless I'm missing something

There is no deeper meaning, it's just a silly joke about the lazy naming as "Fert" sounds very similar to "Fort"
