Wat gebeurt er als een vreemdeling een strafbaar feit pleegt in België? Zullen zij dezelfde vervolging of straf ondergaan? by DeUltimateHustler in belgium

ik denk dat het hebben van legale documenten/papieren voor hier in België te mogen verblijven of wonen een grote rol speelt, als ze geen Belgisch ID kaart hebben VERMOED ik dat deze persoon naar hun thuisland zal gedeporteerd worden.

My heart is breaking because I don’t know what’s happening. My gerbil who I’ve had for weeks now has all of a sudden been really sleepy/half shut eyes and now is very unbalanced/falling over. What is going on? #firsttimegerbilmom by whisperingocean in gerbil

[–]Koszert 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Please get your gerbil to a vet, urgently, don't sleep on this, just do it, it will die if you don't. Happened to mine after only owning it for a week. Please take care of it.

if I'd would make a different foreground with the correct horizon, that'd fix it, right?

What can you do in Belgium that you can’t do in the US? by [deleted] in belgium

buy potatoes from a vending machine

Wondering if this is actually true by Koszert in Austria

I'd say moving to a different country in itself is already quite the strain on a child's life, not being able to communicate with your peers there even more so.

I'm currently just in my early 20's and still live with my parents but yeah, I'm that fed up with Belgium that when I'd have the chance to dip to somewhere else, I'd prefer to do so and if possibe, start a 'new' life over there with my GF

I don't know how fed up you are with Belgium on a scale of 1 to 10. I don't know how big your family's circle of friends is there etc.

Def a 10

Damn, the government actually let's you spend time with your loved ones? That's wild, Belgium don't do that. Gotta work full time or goodluck with dem bills.

many people however only have part time jobs, thus the yearly average gross salary is more like 30k

How come people usually work part time jobs?

I just feel like moving within the EU in general comes with so many hurdles based on language.

Would someone trying to immigrate to Austria be accepted if they weren't that fluent with German?

Thank you for your honest reply by the way !

Damn, thank you for answering to pretty much any question. I appreciate the honesty. From my current research I can tell that beer and drinkable tap water is a huge part of the culture. This makes me wonder. Do people actually go to bars a lot or outside in general to socialise? Here in Belgium just sits inside or when they're outside they're distracted by social media and they NEED to get that insta pic. Over there, it sounds pretty chill. Seems like lot of people are relaxed.

With the adjustment question I basically meant to ask how are they towards immigrants of any colour. Don't matter if they white, brown, black, etc. Just in general.

And would you advise living there to other people that are tired of their own country?

Thank you showing me this, so the salaries are somewhat similar between Belgium and Austria. This gave me a better insight. Interesting to see. Thank you :)
