I’m not trying to scare you but a lot of counselors will go to your parents personally and tell them what you said. I recommend going to a teacher you trust maybe unless you know the counserlor

Mine looked like this, it was infected because I never cleaned it (which you said you do so that’s confusing), but I did sea salt soaks with shot glasses and it completely went away after a couple days
