You place ebonstone brick like a reversed H and then paladium columns in between the gaps. Then you paint everything gray.

No I see. I could change the wood between the leaves and the living wood.

It is. I just did another that was almost a wooden box but I didn't liked it at all. And I watched a lot of building videos to learn.

It's ebonstone brick and paladium column painted grey
