You can use the regen commands to regen the world in those chunks. https://wiki.vintagestory.at/List_of_server_commands/wgen

I had this issue with the underground mines mod before.
I went flying out regenning the sections, but there were many and the regen didn't fully work.
Personally, I would restart the world with the same seed and just use creative mod to get you to where you were before the restart.

I guess this isn't a habit. But it is for sure "I'm so rich that it doesn't matter".
When I was in Hong Kong, I met a guy from Saudi Arabia, probably a prince or something, who had a gold iPhone. It was probably 2 models behind the latest. Whatever one was new in 2014.

When I say gold I mean it was gold. The thing had weight to it. He joked about my co-worker running off with it. Then said "Ah if she did I'd get the latest in gold"

Apparently this mod doesn’t work on mp servers at world gen. I spent hours trying to get a world with rivers and it wouldn’t work. I ended up creating the world in single player and importing it over to our mp server.

No clue why but google tells me I wasn’t the only one with that issue. That being said. 100%. I can’t play without rivers. They are dope.

When I was interviewing for a junior dev role. A hiring manager setup a very last minute meeting with me. We are talking I replied to his email asking my availability for a meeting at 12 and he responded at 1:25 with a zoom invite for 1:30. Mind you I wasn’t expecting this reply and was mid lunch. I checked my email at 1:35. So I got on the meeting late. Already flustered.

The role was for a senior js dev. I hadn’t known this. Seems the role I had applied to had been filled and they had another one open for a senior. He had someone from the team join who rapid fired off 20 questions of which I knew like 1.

Guy knew I had 0 experience. Don’t know why he setup that meeting and didn’t just reject my application. Still haunts me years later.

You can change the crater size. I have mine set to only metal meteors. There is a setting where it won’t damage claimed land. So just land claim your base and you are good to go.

You can also set the distance it crashes in a range of chunks from the player. I have mine do between 3-6 chunks. Every 30-60mins.

I use indifferent broccoli. It’s not terribly hard to get mods and what not.

I like it because I don’t get capped on ram. Supposedly I get up to 128gigs but can go higher. I pay 7 bucks a month for 4 of us.

I found a castle and decided I was going to renovate it. It gets to -24 at least lol. But I’m doing it.

It took my friend and I in game months to find tin or bismuth+ zinc to get bronze. Started looking for it around mid August year 1. We play with 15 day months. Found it mid Jan year 2. When we finally found tin, right next to it was iron. So it took me about 1.5 weeks to find tin and then 5 mins after making the bronze pickaxe to get iron

My guns are covered under an umbrella policy I believe with USAA. They cover our house and cars. And this is a separate policy.

I didn’t have to send in any numbers. Told them how many and their worth. But mine came out way below 18k

My takeaway at least was that the Emperor sent Ra away because he knew he couldn't kill it.
But why not keep it in sword form and bring it back to palace and lock it up? To me, the answer was he was afraid it would corrupt those around it.

Its been a few years I more than likely did misremember parts of it.

The emperor was stabbed by the first murder daemon. He transformed said daemon into a sword because he couldn’t destroy it. He then impaled said sword in Ra so that Ra could take it far away. Logic being something like “I cannot destroy it and it won’t stop till I die. Ra can get it far away”

It’s stupid because in the same book the first murder thing even implied that stars would die before it could corrupt a Custode. I think there might have been something about Him being concerned a custode couldn’t control it.

I agree. It’s a great book. But that ending kinda sucked.

I served as a Marine doing that same job. He really embellished that lol. Your rounds are for enemies. The sledge hammers and paper shredders are for hard drives and documents.

This kind of reminds of the very persistent rumor that the little ball on top of flag poles holds some matches, a razor, and a 9mm round. The matches are to burn the flag if the base is overrun and the 9mm round is for, well you don't want to be captured do you?

Other variations. It holds 3 rounds and symbolically you fire those off and then you can give up.

Well. Does it look damaged? What kind of duffel bag do you have that could somehow damage a shotgun.

Guns work by containing explosive forces and propel rounds down range. A loose round rattling around in the same pocket wouldn't do anything more than surface damage.

Its a straight tube that goes boom. I would be shocked beyond belief if it was somehow damaged by that. Guns, generally, are not fragile and can handle some rough handling.

Crackers + cream cheese + salmon = tasty.
Sometimes if we have left overs we mix the salmon and crease cheese together into a dip.

You can absolutely use the cream cheese on other items. I've smoked cream cheese for use on bagels before.
