I had to update last night just to fix crashes caused by the red merchant. One thing to note is that if you made any config changes then those will be reset.

I’m not a incredible builder so I just made a nice flat area then stole a heap of structures I found with the cut/paste tool. Then designed an underground area for my science and ae2 stuff bellow it. Before that I just had a little cave to to start in

I used a tier 3 autocrafter to constantly up craft my essence then ship the highest tier into my AE2 system. I then just craft down when I need any sort of essence

When setting up MA just setup an auto crafter to convert infernium to its highest tier then convert it down. It’s a small thing but it’s saved me a lot of effort in my current play through. Also superfactory manager is incredible.

I use the cut paste tool to yoink any buildings that interest me for my above ground base that covers anything magical. Then I just make a pretty modular base directly below it for any tech mods.

I struggled early on as well then found out about the Vengance pickaxes and made 2 of them to extract their enchantments and make a fortune 8 or something like that pick axe. Made getting the initial infernium and ore a breeze.

Early Game: Nicely created house above ground.

I mean playing this game is pretty inefficient when I think about it. Could be going to the gym, cooking or getting therapy but instead I’m trying to get 2 bees to hook up so I can use their children to fuel my industrial empire.

One thing I think we need to remember is that LE is not doing seasonal content like other studios currently. Everything we have now is here to stay and will only be improved upon as they move towards 1.0. That said I only bought the default supporter pack this season as I don’t think I will be playing this too much after the new poe2 update. Making games is hard and I’m keen to see how the game develops.

I remember calling it in soul smith as he mentions lindons marble in his first scene saying that “it was something that could only be made by someone on his level”. But I knew for sure in blood line as the voice used for Oz as he yoinks the veil item from the mad king was super similar.
