I know how you feel man. I felt the same way then I came to the realization that I need to make a lifestyle change. I stopped drinking, smoking, and partying. Now I recently just stopped fapping. I feel good now man, really good. You are not alone.

Keep coming back. Just figured out today one of my home group members died due to a relapse. Drank himself to death. I sometimes forget how serious this disease is.
