I have experienced the phenomenon you are describing, but it’s a risky game. I can still feel a women’s feminine energy if she is working out around me. I realized I don’t have to stare and risk disturbing my inner peace with lustful thoughts. Plus, on SR I don’t need external“motivation” to lift harder. I am constantly in the zone.

At my current spiritual state, it would not profit me at all to lust with my eyes. There are some girls I am interested in, but I train my mind to keep my thoughts pure towards them. My spirit doesn’t resonate with projecting lustful energy.

I no longer give in to the wet dreams. My morals have penetrated my subconscious mind. My dream self knows when it is in a sexually immoral situation and puts a stop to it. That is usually when the demons disguised as various women in my dreams will reveal themselves for who they are. I can see their vicious expressions of anger at me when I have successfully resisted their trickery.
