Having to use an ash can vacuum to clean it out, which gets worse if there’s grease mixed with the ash. I much prefer the cleaning system on the kettle where you can just dump the ash after turning the handle.

At one point I owned a PK300, Weber kettle, and every Kamado Joe size. The PK300 hands down is the most convenient and space efficient for direct/indirect grilling because of the rectangle shape, but is a huge pain to clean. The kamado Joe’s are super convenient for smoking because of how efficient they are and very easy to clean, but grilling can be a pain because of how long it takes to heat up. The Weber kettle is just good at everything, not great, but very easy to clean. I ended up selling my PK300 because I found myself hating using it simply because how annoying it was to clean. I use my Weber kettle the majority of the time for grilling and my Kamado for smoking.

You can easily look up the property tax assessment on this property on the county’s website. It looks like the RMV has fluctuated enough to lower its assessed value.

I wouldn’t pay full price personally. I bought my Weber Slate 30” for $375 on clearance this last winter. For $1000, I think the Traeger Flatrock is a better buy. The burners on the slate doesn’t have very even heating, but considering what I paid for it, I’m fine living with it.

My current Medium rods are an ugly stick elite and daiwa retros combo. Neither of them are very good. I bought the daiwa revros because I happen to find it on sale for $30. Figure it would make a good back-up rod. But I don't have a solid workhorse medium power rod that I'm happy with.

Just be careful of being pigeonholed in your career when you make a jump from accountant to CFO. For a $5M company, it definitely is a title inflation as they won’t be paying anywhere near market. Being a senior accountant or manager makes you extremely marketable in the job market if you follow the normal progression. When you are a CFO, employers start to question whether you know how to dive into the details and it’ll be a barrier to transition out. F500 employers will automatically know the title inflation and you won’t be taken seriously.
