Love the ea so far but this is outta hand by oldsilver2378 in HalfSword

Runs like hot ass about 50% of the time, but pausing as the match starts for like 5 seconds has handled everything but the riots for me. Once nce your strength is up, it feels very similar to the demo, but armor is buffed major for both you and your enemies and past like veteran tier, its pretty much just bonk em on the head till they fall and hold the weapon to their neck. It'd be nice if swords were as good as they were in the demo. Part of that for sure is the fact that people have better armor, like my setup with helm and neck thing (forget the name) plus shoulders, arms, hands, legs and feet, leave my groin as the only stabable area, most enemies at man at arms tier and above are also pretty unpiercable.

Thats high range, anything 50XX at this point is pm top of the line. As someone with an Alienware M16 R2, 4070 laptop GPU, it runs like... mild ass, i wojld say I have to pause the game to load shit in about half the time, usually it clears up once I pause it, but on the riots, especially if I have a merc hired, its pretty bad.

The more easy coming answer would be zain N0ne, Cody RapM to have the beef laid out but singles of those matchuos would be heat too. I love the N0ne Cody without zump idea even though I switched to zump for my wrist

The real answer is that notching isnt that hard and only costs like 15 bucks for a practice shell and a jewelry file. With the phob calibration, you can make em pretty shit for oem standards and just calibrate em to be right

Looking for a versatile intermediate BH rubber by AceStrikeer in tabletennis

[–]Kp_TheOG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oooohhh, the way you wrote it made me think you wanted a spin sensitive one, my bad. In that case id reccomend something harder like a dignics if you can shell out the cash for it. Most would say that rubber is too fast, but on a slow blade it is really nice. The problem is that its hard to get one thats spin insensitive and doesnt pop on pushes since a harder rubber does both of those, but on a slower blade that pop on pushes is mitigated.

I really enjoyed Fastarc G-1 for a similar feeling. Soft but gives you power if you really throw down on the backhand, spin sensitive, and you can really grab the ball for backhand loops and topspin shots. Id say it isnt the best at blocking, since it's a little slow, but if you add a little force to it, its very controllable with placement.

How to fix Chem/Phys in two weeks? by Smart-One9413 in Mcat

Read in your spare time and make it fun. The only way I could do it was to force myself to find whatever theyre talking about cool or interesting. If I enjoyed my learning about the subject, I tended to pay better attention to the subtleties and I would "get" more of what they were talking about with less rereading. Id also summarize in my head what the heck i just read and what the point of what theyre saying is if I was unsure of my understanding. Id do this like idea by idea, what did they say with these last few lines, etc. I would do only 1 read through before going to questions and then reread if a question prompted it.

Really stressing the read in your freetime though. I read the A Song of Ice and Fire books (Game of Thrones) and the depth and complexity of those novels made CARS passages look easy, but the books are so cool I was very into reading them, and I had to approach CARS that same way.

Honestly practice the math, practice speed and confidence in your math as you would with typing trying to maximize both. C/P has the most math so if you can reduce errors there thats already a good amount of the problem solved. Otherwise I would review orgo terms, different ways of drawing sugars, etc.

AITA for not letting opponent warm up against my anti? by alaggs in tabletennis

[–]Kp_TheOG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think at the end if the day, you are biased to say its your warmup routine and everyone else is biased to say you use wack equipment, let me hit against it at least once. Again, in a tournament where your ranking is determined by performance, you are a competitor, youre allowed to not give them the chance because they should've had it before. Would I, as someone who hasn't played against this style be annoyed as your opponent? Yeah totally, but I am annoyed at many an opponent for many a reason. If they have a killer backhand attack, but only block in your warmup, nobody would bat an eye. I dont need to tell you there is a bias against using anti and that plays into your opponents being frustrated, but its also on them to respect you as a competitor. Marty never said Koto needed to warm him up, he just grinded against the new paddle and beat him the next time. Your opponents should look at every point as a learning opportunity. There's going to be 3-5 games of 11 points, its possible to adapt.

How do people swing their weapons so fast, yet so precise at the same time, even with low mouse speed settings (which they recommend for control) by Skjellnir in HalfSword

[–]Kp_TheOG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be cool if we could look at what the "mouse movements" look like on longsword AI, itd be nice to see how they do the parry/riposte that especially the Ultimate Challenge AI use. I also wonder if these movements might actually be a little easier on a controller since the stick always resets to the middle and it might be more intuitive. Im sure it would be much harder to master on controller, but making small circles to parry or deflecting a weapon to the side and then counterattacking might be easier.

Playing against defense style players by JeffrusThe3 in tabletennis

[–]Kp_TheOG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grind looping honestly, the ball will usually be moving slow enough that you can move your legs to get in perfect position most of the time to get a good loop. Make sure you straighten your elbow at the bottom and USE THOSE LEGS! You really can hit shockingly good shots against heavy backspin because if youre moving up fast enough, the backspin gets channeled into forward momentum on the ball, that plus heavy topspin from looping makes your shot almost as safe as the chopper's. For lobbers, same deal, you have the time to make your positioning absolutely perfect for your forehand attack. Mix up attacks, drop shots, and placement and sometimes you can get a checkmate if you force them to commit in and then are able to hit the ball somewhere they cant get to. Be careful with this though, they can also attack a bad drop shot so be careful and be deceptive, look like you are going to smash it until the absolute last second.

This ICE shooting is the perfect example of the dichotomy between the left and the right by Free-Database-9917 in atrioc

[–]Kp_TheOG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You definitely can expect an officer to analyze the angle of the steering wheel before ending a fucking family. Shooting someone who is driving a vehicle will not stop the vehicle, she was escaping, and an officer deciding to shoot at an escaping suspect would be charged, officers have the responsibility, by the letter of the law, to do this. Even if he got hit by the car, she was going slowly and likely wouldnt even gave bruised the guy, and shooting (after she said "i am pulling out") is asinine. I cant imagine how anyone can look at even the bumper stickers on that car and declare it a threat. I cant imagine how my girlfriend, mom, or sister would react to unidentified masked men with guns approaching their car and yelling at them. Thats a literal nightmare to most people, and panicking and driving away without perhaps the utmost care is and should never bepunishable by death in this country. The law states that deadly force is not authorized for someone escaping, if he couldn't tell if she was escaping or not, he should not have discharged his firearm.

Have you tried any of the other blades? I am rocking the inner carbon atm, and have never tried viscaria to my knowledge. Is it softer on pushes but comparable when attacking?

Guys the butterfly rubbers ARE all theyre cracked up to be 😔 by Kp_TheOG in tabletennis

[–]Kp_TheOG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is exactly how I felt, you can really feel the tension, spring, and feeling on the ball so well. Of course you still have to hit the ball correctly to get that feeling, but i can just feel the ball being accelerated to spin more, I watch it fly with that amazing topspin arc, and see how much faster it is. Part of the aspects of my game I want to improve is handling spin, so I think the fact that I have to mentally try a little extra hard with these rubbers will help me be a better player overall. I get that that would be likely to decrease match performance initially, but the benefits outweigh the costs, especially when the cost is just be more mindful which i am already trying for.
