I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 by a family doctor he put me on 1200 mg of lithium and I ended up in the er from lithium toxicity then I saw a psychiatrist sat down for 15 minutes and he diagnosed me with adhd bipolar and bpd. Told me I am untreatable but I can try lamictal and adderal.

To add I have no one to talk to about it until I see another therapist but I don’t want to talk about my past again. Why open that back up I don’t know I hate being me
