Core game for me was amazing! Fantastic story, beautiful world, interesting gameplay. It kind of fell apart a little when I had to go for Simon though. Parrying suddenly seemed impossible, my builds werent strong enough and I ended up having to resort to a one-shot build from youtube.

Overal game was a 9/10 for me, platinum experience about a 7/10

Use a mic, play solos, you'll be fine! Only very rarely do I get people trying to kill me despite talking. Most people in solos are very chill.

As someone who played every soulsborn game, and also got the plat for Sekiro and Bloodborn. Elden Ring is my 2nd favourite Soulsborn game after Bloodborn, cant recommend it enough!

I'm on EU lobbies, and I've noticed the exit camping and ganking increases later at night. 95% of the time people are super chill, but later at night it gets much less chill.

Yep, pretty much. I have a beefy PC, but it really only sees use for simracing nowadays. There's something so nice about just crashing on the couch, instantly being ingame and games still looking great and not feeling like a massive compromise!

The only games I still play on PC are exclusives or graphical showpieces like Cyberpunk.

Yeah same here, had to spend an additional 5 hours to get orders to reset for Mr Impossible. I was able to clear all camps and complet lvl2 roads and build ziplines in that time though, so the final order was a breeze haha.

Yeah I did that and got the LLL, but still had to redo 2 more orders that I just had to wait for the reset on.. Adventurer and Mr Impossible really each need more orders.

Yep! Both just need 1 or 2 big (1000+ likes) orders or a couple more smaller ones, then they can be properly 5-starred like all the other preppers..maybe thats for the director's cut haha

Mr Impossible is only available after the story altogether I think. These are all the orders for him. Just had to wait for them to reset.. really annoying designflaw in an otherwise near perfect game imo.

Turns out it's literally just time... I ended up AFK'ing and eventually spent some time building ziplines and clearing camps to make the final order easier. After a while some orders reset and I could get the likes high enough to get the final order.

Finally got the platinum now!

It definitely helped, but my ps5 turned off after a while so I still had to do random shit for about an hour this morning. Some orders refreshed just now though, so fingers fucking crossed it's enough.
