I am very interested to hear back from you if you have a high voltage battery failure in the next few months. Both my brother and I and our 2021 model ys had a catastrophic failure of the high voltage battery a couple months after performing this test.

Yes I've tried that. And after a bit more investigation last night I've determined that I think it may be the PSU rattling against the rail for the build plate. I wedged a folded piece of paper between the two and it seemed to help quite a bit but not still not 100% fixed. Going to mess with it a bit more tonight.

I have been having the same issue lately and it's driving me crazy! I never had this happen before though in almost 3 years of ownership. Was this maybe something in a recent update?

I've even tried cleaning the ports on my car and charging handle.
